Terms of Service

1) Who may use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.
• You must provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials secure.

2) Social casino gameplay (virtual coins only)

• Virtual coins/credits are for gameplay and features only and have no monetary value.
• Virtual coins are not redeemable, withdrawable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash, cryptocurrency, or goods/services.
• Outcomes are for entertainment; nothing on the Service is an offer of gambling or wagering.

3) Purchases (if offered)

We may offer in-app/online purchases for virtual coins or gameplay enhancements. Any purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the virtual item on the Service. Purchases do not create property rights.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, purchases are final once delivered. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, or manipulating outcomes.
• Harassment, hate, unlawful content, or侵犯 of others’ rights.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or excessive load.
• Buying/selling accounts or virtual coins, or attempting to cash-out.

5) Virtual currency management

We may adjust, reset, suspend, or remove virtual coins and features to prevent fraud, correct errors, comply with law, or maintain the Service. If we suspect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, games, software, artwork, text, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Luckfinity Hub Limited. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that virtual coins will always be available. This clause applies to the extent permitted by law and does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event (if any).

9) Complaints & disputes

Contact us first with details of your issue and your account email. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. If unresolved, you may pursue any rights available under New Zealand law.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts in Auckland, New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
